Since 1982, Groupe La Québécoise has offered paratransit services in several Quebec municipalities, helping to increase the mobility of persons with disabilities to enable them to access group activities and facilitate their full participation in society.

The firm offers a staff training program pertaining specially to helping persons living with limited mobility. The program teaches participants how to respond to the needs of passengers who have hearing or visual impairments, language or speech disorders, a mental illness or an intellectual disability, or who use a wheelchair.
